I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ravneet Dhaliwal. She is truly a phenomenal pediatrician. Whenever my daughters are sick, she has this incredible ability to put me at ease, even when I'm feeling really worried and stressed. Her kindness and gentleness with the kids really stand out, making them feel comfortable and safe. What impresses me the most is her immense knowledge and brilliance in her field. She takes the time to listen to both parents and children, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns with such patience. I also appreciate how she respects the importance of quick communication; I always feel heard when I reach out for help. My visit to Kids Watch was exceptional. Cathy's welcoming demeanor and assistance with paperwork were greatly appreciated. Jennifer, the MA, was enthusiastic and efficient in conducting my check-up, creating a friendly atmosphere. Lastly, The provider Rey's. His kindness, support, and thoroughness in addressing my questions and concerns were outstanding. He is among the best providers I've encountered, and I plan to return for future appointments.

Updating from 1 to 4 stars. Thank you to Brittany the Operations Manager in working with me to get a refund for the billing issue. I want to make it clear that the service we received when we went to the office was great, and the office/ medical staff there were friendly and knowledgeable. I only had to give a lower score due to the months of ongoing unresolved billing issues. I am extremely disappointed with the ongoing billing issue caused by Kids Watch and the lack of follow-through despite months of attempts to resolve it. My son was seen in March 2025, and although the clinic has my insurance information on file, they submitted the claim to the wrong insurance (Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield instead of CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield). I had a positive experience at this urgent care. The staff greeted us warmly and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. We didn’t have to wait long before being seen by the provider, who was very thorough and took the time to listen to all our concerns. The facility was clean and well-organized, which helped put us at ease. Overall, it’s a dependable place for quick, professional care when unexpected health issues arise.

Cathy at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and had amazing bedside manners. From the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out, everything was a great experience. I felt welcomed and well taken care of the entire time, and I will definitely be coming back!
