KIDS Urgent Care

We took our 7-month-old here several times over the past few months, they have amazing doctors, medical assistants and receptionists. The doctors here are all pediatricians who have years of experience in various settings. Our insurance bills this as an office visit, so we only had a $30 copay. You can make appointments online to reserve a spot, but of course if somebody more critical comes in they will be seen first. But neither time we had to wait very long. We highly recommend KIDS Urgent Care and will definitely be coming back here I'm sure in the future.

I’ve been here quite a few times for my kids when I can’t get them into their pediatrician’s office. The hours are wonderful! Then staff has always been very friendly. Yesterday, we saw Dr. Chagoya and he is wonderful!! He was so kind and gentle with my son, with a friendly personality! Definitely made my son feel better after being sick all weekend! I have and will continue to recommend this urgent care to others!

Took one of my sons there today because of eye irritation. Made an appointment, arrived early, taken to a room. Up to that point great. We then sat for an hour for the doctor to come in and say it’s just allergies. Okay fine. He says I’ll send a script for drops, one drop, twice a day. Great! Go to get the script and he had prescribed an over the counter eye drop. So $75 later and a water hour I purchased over the counter allergy drops at Jewel. Awesome…..

We had another wonderful experience at Kids Urgent Care! I made an appointment SAME DAY and we got right in. We are always greeted with friendly folks and I always feel heard. I will continue to bring my kids here! Staff asks questions and listens to my concerns. They always listen to their lungs for more than 2 seconds. I feel like we are always getting better service than at our primary! I’m always impressed at how seamless with no frustrations Kids Urgent Care is from start to finish. I will continue to go back every time! I feel so lucky to have this service close to home. Doctors and nurses truly are kind and care about their patients. I am forever grateful for this company and their service.

Dr. Walker listened to our concerns and showed exceptional compassion and understanding toward our son. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming. We drove an hour for this appointment and would do so again because of the outstanding care our son received. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment.
