Kids Health First Pediatrics

We had high expectations for Kids First Pediatrics based on the reviews, but unfortunately the staff did not meet those expectations. My son was experiencing labored breathing and a persistent cough, yet it took over a month before the doctor finally ordered a swab test, which revealed a bacterial infection requiring antibiotics. Even after that, the staff failed to send out his prescription, leaving him without the medication he urgently needed. This forced us to spend hours at the ER just to get the treatment he should have received right away. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and taking accountability, the staff tried to shift blame and avoided speaking with us. The NP Joanne is very professional, she always has time to listen all my questions and concerns, she is never in a hurry. My 4 month old baby has visited her four times already for different reasons, but the last time my baby was sick and she acted very knowledgeable. The office is always very clean and the staff members are very attentive. And without forgetting that I got an appointment very quickly for my sick baby. Thank you Dr. Reyes for being aware of your work team.

I wrote a review about not being able to get through to anyone for a check up for an injury for my daughter. One of the sweet office staff ladies called me to clear things up and got me scheduled for the same day. Other than the small problem with the phone lines we’ve never had any issues with this practice. They’ve always been amazing to us.

We love Dr. Cruz and her staff! We’ve been seeing her since my son was born in 2020! I recommend her to everyone that needs a pediatrician for their kids!

From the friendly front office staff, to the clean waiting room, this is such a great pediatricians office. I really appreciate how the nurse and doctor take the time to listen. Dr. Reyes answers all of my many questions I have in regards to my baby, and I love that! She has even called me after hours on a Friday night to help with an issue that I had with my baby! I highly recommend this office & won’t go anywhere else now that I have found Dr. Reyes!
