Kids First Pediatrics of Raeford & Fayetteville

Just now leaving this office. I must say from the front desk clerk to the new PA to the doctor, the care was amazing. The clerk was very nice over the phone scheduling my appointment, immediately was able to schedule us as a new patient and she was very nice in checking us in and out. The new PA was very welcoming & knowledgeable she immediately knew the issue. The doctor came in immediately knew the issue as well. They were also very fast at getting us to the back. The place also did not feel overwhelming at all. 10 stars

Update: 12/30/25 Today we had a different provider who was absolutely terrible. I now have grown to hate this place. They are scamming and everyone is rude. The staff has changed over the last year. So disappointing. We’ve had the same Doctor for almost 4 years now. ❤️ Doctor B & the nurses are always so caring and friendly. The front desk is hit or miss but when it comes to the actual care for your child I 100% recommend this office.

We had several negative experiences here over the few years we brought our kids. I’m writing this review now because I recently confirmed that I was told the wrong blood type for my son by this clinic. I had my suspicions bc the blood type they told us was pretty outrageous considering we as his parents know our blood type but we just had it rechecked today and confirmed the mistake. If they tell you your child’s blood type, be sure to verify it with another test either at home or a different clinic. Response to business: I asked for his blood type as I had never been told what it was. When the girl told me the results I told her that blood type wasn't possible considering my blood type as well as my husband's, she snickered and laughed to herself to insinuate I had cheated on my husband.

My son is 13 years old and has been going to Kids First Pediatrics since he was born. We love Dr. B & her staff is so friendly & helpful at all times. There is no better place I could take my son to, and he only wants to see her when we go, that speaks volumes to me!

I have been bringing my 3 kids to Kids First Pediatrics for about 18yrs now. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate this practice. All the providers truly care about the kids that go there. The providers also take their time to answer any questions you may have. I have never felt like my kids are just a number or have I been rushed. This practice is outstanding! Also, the nurses there are fantastic, especially Ms T. She has a gift of connecting with the kids and calming them.
