Hometown Family Dental Centers

I went to them one time and everything was fine. I’m supposed to have an appointment tomorrow at 3pm and they just called me at 4pm saying they have to reschedule me and the next availability isn’t until March…. Why should my appointment be pushed back if this was made 6+ months in advance? Never will be back again. I already took off work and now have to find another dentist to do my cleaning tomorrow. You don’t call a patient at the end of the day to tell them that their appointment in less than 24 hours is canceled! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

TL;DR Did fillings so bad they fell out the next day, receptionist was a total piece of work, their systems were down and the receptionist tried to get me to pay for a visit when I shouldn't have to. 0/5 stars I went here about two years ago if I'm not mistaken and forgot to leave a review. I decided to switch to a local provider for dentistry and had high hopes for this business. I got white fillings put in for the first time in my life and was excited to get my teeth sorted right before my birthday. The next day, on my birthday, my fillings started falling out as I was working. I pointedly asked the dentist if there is any special care that should be taken and she told me no, none at all. I made sure not to eat anything to harsh and hadn't even had my lunch by the time they were falling

Dr. Elliot is great! Did a miracle on my teeth. I had over 14 cavities and holes in my teeth. Having them gone has been great and really helped with my insecurity

The Dr's and the staff are absolutely amazing..my kids came her for cleanings and they took care of them so timely and with amazing care! Definitely a family friendly environment and the staff is always so polite and go above and beyond for the patiens and families

This Dentist facility is Excellent!! Everyone there is Extremely Awesome!! My hygienist was Excellent ❤️ Best Dentist ive ever experienced!! I had a mouthful of rotten teeth for a long time..this Dentist office pull all but 3 teeth ( those 3 were still good ) and to this day ive never experienced any pain at all..!! I highly recommend this Dentist office !! They are all incredibly Awesome!!!
