I moved to Fayetteville a few years ago and a family member recommended this place — I loved it from the start. When my job relocated me to Charlotte, I naively assumed any dental office would feel the same. I was wrong. On a recent pass through Fayetteville, I had a very narrow window in my schedule and even fewer options. The young lady I spoke with was incredibly kind and accommodating. There were no openings available, but she put me on a short call list. One came through, and the moment I walked back in, it felt like I’d never left. A warm smile and an easy, unhurried manner go further than people realize. Thanks for making a trip to the dentist something I actually look forward to.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My dental hygienist, Nicole, was absolutely amazing! I do not want to butcher the dentist's name but she was Outstanding. Very upbeat and talk me through my whole procedure!!! 100% recommend this office!!!

I have a long history of dental anxiety, and consider myself difficult to work with. Everyone that worked with me today was incredible, patient, and explained everything they were going to do in detail in a way I could understand. There is a clear plan set in place for my dental journey, and I am thankful for the team I met today.

EDIT: The situation below was frustrating as there was no way to notify the office sooner due to weekend hours, However about a week after we shard our experience online, the office reviewed the situation and waived the fee. We truly appreciate them taking the time to make it right. Because of that we have updated our review. While the policy situation was disappointing at first, their willingness to correct it shows they care about their patients. Headline: Loyal patient penalized for being responsible. "I have been coming here for years and have never missed an appointment. Unfortunately, I fell extremely ill over the weekend and called at 8:00 AM on Monday to reschedule my 9:00 AM appointment. I had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Gaby, my hygienist, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. She made me feel welcome and secure in the fact that I’d have top notch dental care.
