Kids First Dentistry LLC

Very disappointed. My kids have been going to this office for a long time. Today, I tried to reschedule a simple appt due to an emergency situation. They wouldn’t take the kids until November since I couldn’t have them miss school. How can you not work with people?? Off to a new dentist since they can’t accommodate.

Dr. Song is an impactful human being and brilliant doctor! He truly loves and is deeply passionate about what he does. He has made dentist appointments something I honestly look forward to. I have been a patient of his since single digits and am currently 22 years old, still here and never want to even imagine switching dentists.

Dr. Song's office is immaculate, welcoming, kid friendly & the staff is just as welcoming. The office is decorated with bright colors & the decor is all about making your kids feel like this a place that's meant for them. The ceiling tiles are clouds looking through Cherry Blossom tress & they have a large flat screen TV that always have a Disney movie on. Also, the kids are welcome to bring their fav. DVD from home to watch on the TV screen on the ceiling as the kids are examined. We NEVER wait more than 5 mins. to be seen. Dr. Song is ALWAYS positive, energetic, & seems excited to see your children. He has an amazing way with the kids. I've been taking my kids to this practice for 10 years now & will stay with this practice. Dr. Song always takes the time to explain your children

We love Dr. Song! Both of my children see him for their dental needs. He is the most honest, caring and knowledgeable dentist I've ever encountered. He truly cares about his patient's well being and makes sure they are ok, even after a more complex procedure. Highly recommend him!!

Today my son had an appointment with Dr. Song who treated him horrendously. After coming there for a few years and hearing how rude he was to his employees (my daughter even told him he was being rude to his employees and he didn’t seem to care ) we had an experienced him being rude to us. My son was nervous about his appointment because he gets nervous around doctors and dentists. He pulled my older daughter who helped out and brought him to the appointment for us since my husband and I were both at work, aside to ask if he had problems in the head because a 10-year-old shouldn’t be nervous. Then said that she needs to tell us to stop treating him like a 5-year-old because we apparently don’t discipline him that’s why he’s nervous. My son also simply asked the doctor if he had any cavitie
