Kids Dental Care of Fall River

We are beyond grateful for this practice and the care they provide. From the very beginning of my sons needing a dentist, they have been with us every step of the way. Dr. Buccino is incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure we don’t leave with unanswered questions. What means the most to me is how attentive and thoughtful he is with my son, who has heart disease. He never rushes, he is extra cautious, and he truly understands the importance of making sure my son has the best dental health. The entire team is welcoming and professional, and I can’t recommend this office enough.

You guys are really nice and you guys are so good with my teeth and the dentist place looks really clean and I really never ever had a really big problem with you guys you guys were always good to me and please keep up the awesome work. You guys also do very awesome with cleaning and checking for cavities and that's why you guys deserve a five star rating. If the office is behind more than 15 minutes they should really let you know at check in. I had a 2:30 appointment and waited over 50 minutes for my daughter to be called. When the dentist finally came into the room at 3:25 there was no apology. Like my time isn’t even worth an apology. It’s good business to keep your customers/ patients informed if there is going to be a long wait to be seen. I’m sure if I walked in 50 minutes late we would be told to reschedule the appointment. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Hopefully, office management or the doctors see these reviews and make some kind of change.

Dr. Bachicco is amazing dentist she really goes out of her way to make sure your comfortable and explains everything thoroughly. She truly loves her profession and patients and it shows!!

We waited 45 after our appointment time for a cleaning and then to see the dentist. We weren’t told at check in the dentist was on vacation . Mind you this appointment was made 6 months ago. I had to take the day off because the dentist isn’t there on my regular day off . Now I have to go back to just see the dentist and was told at check out just because my appointment is at 520 doesn’t mean I will be seen then because there are 4 patients booked at that time . I should be seen first since it was your mistake . I’ve been taking my kids there for years and expected better service than that . Very disappointed in this visit today .
