Kids Avenue Pediatrics

For 16 years my family has been going here. Started with my son 16 all the way to my 2 year old daughter. I never thought to do a review but I had to but I have to do this now. All of my of my children went here and I have had nothing but a great experience since day one. Definitely sad that my children had to get a new pediatrician but I wish Dr Arrington the best she is absolutely phenomenal and loved throughout the industry. Highly respected and loved. The staff was amazing. First name bases and were incredible with my kids. Definitely will miss them all. Dr Arrington we love you thank you for the care and love you brought to us all

This review. is for the doctor only. I just received notice that she is retiring as of the last day of the year. Her staff is absolutely terrible but she is a wonderful person and that is the only reason I have been taking my children there for years . I wish her the absolute best, peace! And many blessings on her new journey.

They only received 1 start because you have to. The worst staff I've ever had to deal with. They are very unprofessional and NEVER answer the phone.

The doctor is great but she needs a new office management team. The value of the patients seems low and the moral. Any MR copies take 10-14 days and a copy of a record is $20. This is ridiculous! I will be switching my kids care because of her staff!
