KidMed Pediatric Urgent Care - Stafford

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience at KidMed in Stafford, Virginia! We arrived without an appointment, just scanning the QR code as we walked in, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. There was only one family ahead of us, so we were seen very quickly. Emma and Leah attended to my kids and were extremely professional, friendly, and thorough—answering all of my questions and making sure my kids felt comfortable. While I was filling out the paperwork, Emma even came by to check on my kids, which made the whole process seamless. Once the paperwork was complete, we were immediately taken in. This was my first visit based on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad we went. I’ll definitely be returning here for any urgent or emergency care for my children.

We have other urgent care facilities closer to us, but we hands down prefer KidMed for the great staff and ease of online booking. The only reason I took off one star is because it does not open until 12 noon most days. I want to get to urgent care first thing when my kids are sick and not have to leave the house in the middle of the day to be seen.

If you are looking for an urgent care office for your kiddos, this is the place. We have been taking our littles to KidMed since we moved here a few years back. It's easier to get an appointment here and be seen in a timely manner compared to their regular PCM. The staff have always been the best. Kind, caring, compassionate, professional and they always listen to our concerns. I've never once felt hurried or dismissed, even when they have been very busy. This place is everything you want when your kiddo isn't feeling well.

From the minute we entered we were greeted so nicely by two receptionists that chatted with us the entire wait they were a great first impression! Then called back by the nurse who had an amazing bedside and was so gentle with my little girl and helpful to me when she had a huge messy diaper 🤣 new borns always giving us surprises 😆 the Dr was also phenomenal she had a great bedside manner was very informative answered all my questions and did a thorough evaluation and made sure I understood everything and had no questions before she finished our appointment will definitely return here also I’ll add it’s a 20 minute trip to and from my house but worth it!

First time with my 7 month old. Check in process was easy. I was able to do it from my car and we waited there until it was our turn to go back. We could see where we were “in line” on my phone. The wait was not bad at all for cold and flu season. The nurse and doctor were both very thorough, talked sweetly to my babe, and were both very informative. She even got her medication there. Would recommend.
