Kiddy Clinic

As of right now, my rating is two star and it should be one. The doctor is great but the receptionist and the people who have are the front care about their phones more than answering phone. Right now I am calling with an emergency and my call has been immediately sent to hold 8 times . Very Rosie! In order for this OFFICE to be rated more than two stars he needs to hire better people in the front.

Since the pandemic, this place has really gone downhill. They don’t notify you about scheduled appointments until after you miss them, and they’ve even lost important documents. The front desk staff member who has been there for years seems completely miserable along with the rest of the staff. Her tone with patients and parents never changes, which makes the whole experience feel even worse.

This use to be the best in Paterson now in day is the worst. You get an appointment at 1pm and is 4pm and they haven't seen your child. Once they call you the doctor will just rush in 1 minute. Most of the time the lady in the front will always have an attitude and or the other never know anything.

This was an ok doctor until about 2 weeks before Christmas I went in at 9am as usual and was told a Doctor won't be in until after 1pm fast forward 2 months came in 9am was told they don't have a Doctor in until after 12pm I said to the receptionist was the clients informed of this new situation we take off work keep the kids home from school and they don't think to correspond with their clients came back at 12 it at least 40 ppl waiting to be seen Ridiculous today is my last day here ! Oan the Girls (not women ) at the desk are unprofessional!!!

If you have hours to spare for waiting to see the doctor, then this is the place to go. We were still in a pandemic last time I checked…. Stil, there’s more than 30 people in the waiting room, & some are mask less…so I chose wait in the hall with my child. Not wearing a mask is just irresponsible, especially for the adults! Meanwhile my scheduled appointment is 3:30 I got here 15 minutes earlier and there’s still at least 20 patients ahead of me..their scheduling system is an inconvenience. This my absolute last time at this office!
