Unfortunately had a not so great experience. I received microshading and went to Kenia via referral. She could not make my eyebrows even and she went over it to try to “fix” them when I would point out that they weren’t even 3 or 4 times. She then asked me to draw my own eyebrows with her eyeliner so she could understand how to fix them which is pretty unprofessional. I then contacted her for the touch up 2 weeks later and she ignored me, even though she told me the follow up is included. I reached out again and let her know that I was not happy with the results and she has ignored that text as well. I was very polite but when you ignore your customer, wont schedule the follow up, ask me to draw in my own eyebrows bc you don’t know how to do them, I cannot leave a good review unfortunat

She was polite but didn't really conducted herself like a professional artist more like a beginner. One she had her baby at her work place so she was paying attention to the baby while doing my eyeliner. I asked her to give me a specific eyeliner look and what she did was horrible. Yes I did ask for a specific eyeliner look but she gave no professional effort in getting it right. I would ask her for her opinion. It was always AI don't know is whatever you want. I would ask her if it looks right. She's like it's up to you. I don't feel like a professional conduct themselves. That way, they should guide their customer down the right path. Straight horrible experience one eyeliner bigger that the other one, one thicker than the other. I would never asked for that eyeliner look. Never again w
