We’ve had a wonderful experience working with Kalissa as our son’s speech therapist! She’s been so attentive, high-energy, and exactly the kind of support our little guy has needed. It took some time for him to warm up and enter sessions independently, but Kalissa was patient and flexible, adjusting her approach to make him feel safe and confident. When we started, he wasn’t combining words at all. Now, thanks to her support, he’s putting 2–3 word phrases together! Kalissa is compassionate, communicative, and always takes time to recap each session with me. As a parent, it’s been so reassuring to have someone so invested in our son’s growth. We’re incredibly grateful for Kalissa and highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring, dedicated speech therapist!

We started speech therapy for our 2-year and 8-month-old son in January of this year, and we’ve been happy with the progress he’s made and the care he’s received through Key Communications. Our main goals were to help him increase his environmental sounds, imitate 10–15 new words, begin using 2–3 word phrases consistently, and label at least 15 objects. Since working with Mrs. Kalissa, we’ve seen beautiful growth in all of these areas. Mrs. Kalissa has been a perfect fit for our son. We’ve had a wonderful experience working with Maricela as our daughter’s speech therapist! She’s been so attentive, high-energy, and exactly the kind of support our daughter has needed. Also Luz in the front desk is very nice and polite all the time.

We are very happy here. The staff is so friendly and caring. My kids get the best one on one attention from their therapists, who use all kinds of toys and games to keep them interested and engaged. My youngest had zero words upon starting with Kalissa, and within a few months started talking! There were some issues at first with our insurance, and I am so thankful David was able to work it all out!

We loved the care and service they provided our son Freddy! In a few short months he has shown so much improvement in speech. We will forever be grateful to David and Miss Courtney for their love and dedication. They absolutely go above and beyond to care and teach. As soon as they would open the doors from the waiting room our son would run in with much joy and would be so willing and ready to learn. They keep a clean and comfortable waiting area. Walking into their work space you can already see the thought into every single item there for your child’s needs. The absolute best.
