Dr. Payton is awesome. I’ve been going to him for more than a decade. I had an issue that my regular dentist could not resolve and was sent over to Dr. Payton. Over the course of a couple of years he discovered the tumor that had been hiding deep down in my jawbone. It was a painful experience but I’m glad he helped me get through it. He’s the best!

Dr. Kevin Payton was scheduled to remove two of my twelve year old daughter's teeth. The procedure was approved by the insurance as medically necessary. When we went in for the appointment, the office said I had to pay a $35 clean up fee. When I argued the fee, since the whole procedure was paid for by insurance, the dentist himself came out and said he's heard enough and we had to leave. He said he would not remove her teeth and would send us a dismissal letter. Dr. Kevin Payton kicked a twelve year old girl waiting to have teeth removed out of his office over a $35 fee. He should be ashamed of himself.

I received a voice message the day before my daughter's initial consult to confirm the appointment. The appointment time message was different than what I had remembered so I called to clarify. I asked the receptionist if I could come a bit later, because I thought my appointment was later than she stated. She proceeded to tell me that I had a 15 minute grace period. My daughter got to the office before me and about 10 minutes after the scheduled time. I got there about 20 minutes after. The minute I arrived, the receptionist reminded me that I was late. She apparently wasn't the same receptionist that I spoke to earlier. She then also proceeded to chastise me about not being informed that I had completed the online paperwork. As a new patient, I was shocked at how we were treated.

My experience with Dr. Payton has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Payton and his staff treats me with 5 star care everytime im in the office. Its very quiet and private setting. DR.Payton is great, staff is very friendly. I have had him as my Dr. for a few years now and he is always great with me. He even took the time to meet with me during the last week ,since I was in a lot of pain. GOD BLESS
