Linda who answers the phone is beyond rude and extremely unhelpful. First off she called me months after my referral. Then informs me I cant be seen til next year. Then calls me back 5 minutes later and says I can be seen next week. Wanted me to do paperwork over the phone and I refuse to do that. I dont trust anyone with my information. Im going to wait til November and go to a whole other hospital network. I won't be going there.

All the Dr saw was my weight and basically wrote everything else off. This is the reason heavier people don’t go to doctors. They didn’t have a bed that he could even do an examination on because apparently he never expects to need to do an examination on anyone obese, when you can just blame the persons weight. Blamed my weight for my urinary problems, my pain, never examined me. I spent a total of 10mins in their care.

Whoever answers your phones is extremely rude. I have also waited for 2 weeks fir someone to call me after my dr put in for a referral. I have had to call now twice to ask and now being told the one and only dr is going out on leave and can't see me until March. Do better Kettering and have someone else talk to people the girl you have answering and scheduling is beyond rude!

For 20 years doctors said oh you must have a UTI. Then, oh drink less water. I finally feel heard and am on the path to treatment! 💖💖💖

After waiting for 45 minutes after my appt time, I had to go find out what was going on. Not one time did anybody let me know the dr was delayed. Absolutely horrible experience with Jessica
