Sam's Club Pharmacy

Prescriptions not ready when they say they will be ready. Cashier Ima is rude, has one speed…slow and will waste time arguing about how busy they are and that’s why 4.5 hours after they tell you that the prescription will be ready in 30 to 45 minutes only to tell you 4.5 hours later it will be another 20-30 minutes. I have only seen lines get longer and longer when she’s working . Everyone else is polite and fast. She has an excuse for everything but never includes her not knowing how to do her job well and constantly has to ask how to ring something out. I don’t want excuses, I want solutions. I had one person in front of me and one person behind me with the same complaint. By the time she rang the person in front of me and told me to wait she had a line 10 deep. She will cause customers

Corey the pharmacist is truly great. He is patient and kind, and always very helpful. His customer service is refreshing and sincerely appreciated.

I used to get all my prescriptions at Sam’s because I could shop at the same time. However it’s gotten so slow that I just can’t do it anymore. There is almost always a line. Prescriptions are regularly not ready at the set pickup time. Not to mention it’s fairly inconvenient to have to walk through the store if you’re only picking up scripts. Not worth it.

The sam's Club pharmacy team is courteous and very helpful ! I switched from my previous pharmacy to get better pricing, but I was doubly pleased to encounter great professional service at Sams :-)
