Kettering Health Medical Group Primary Care - Sidney

Love my doctor but there is a very rude lady who works in the reception area. After reading a few more reviews it sounds as though she is a bigger problem as others have had issues and she is still acting this way so we will be finding a new physician just because of her. So sad, I really love my nurse practitioner and the nursing staff.

I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a friendly, caring team to take care of you and work with you, to NOT go to Kettering Health Sidney. The ladies at the front desk are extremely disrespectful and rude. Especially over the phone. I have tried to get prescriptions refilled and they will refuse to see me, knowing I can’t go a day without my medications and then they schedule me for a 30 minute appointment, charge me $300 and only see me for 10 minutes. They don’t listen to me when I am in there and I can’t see the same people consistently because there’s never appointments available. I’ve been told that they’d write me 90 day prescriptions and when I do actually get prescriptions sent, it’s for 30 days because they want me to come in AGAIN. I use to think so highly about this place and the dr (Drew) he USE to take great care of my daughter. I use to see Dr Simpson but I switched to Drew because I seen how good he was with my daughter. He’s actually not a dr he’s a nurse practitioner but anyway he always took his time with her, explained everything and made sure we understood everything because my daughter has a lot of health problems with her heart and lungs. However we’ve noticed a HUGE change in Dr (Drew) he was off for an entire week a week or so ago. Before he took that time off I had been seen by him because I had pain that started in my right knee and days later it was the entire right side of my body Dr (Drew) he did blood work and put me on arthritis medication that I was only allowed to take twice a day. Really great practice, they definitely help you in anyway they can to help you figure out what wrong with you and to make sure your comfortable in your own body. The doctors there are very concerned about you and what’s going on with you. Also to people giving one star or none at all everyone is human and no one is perfect we all try to push through tough days to make a better day and I bet they do the same to make your days better. This is a great practice.
