Wilson Health Urgent Care - Sidney

The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because of the wait time. I set up an appointment for 12:45, it said to come at 12:30. I arrived at 12:30 and did not get brought back to a room until 2:30. Once I was back in my room, it was super smooth. The provider I saw was wonderful and really listened to all of my symptoms. She was great!!

I work til 5pm and they closed at 6! My two kids were very sick…. Got there 10 minutes before close and the ladies were amazing. I wish I could remember their names. 5/5 for sure. They really cared about Kids and o feel very blessed that we were able to get in here.

I waited about 2 hours in the waiting room and about another 30 minutes in the actual room but the staff was really sweet especially the medical providers. They both were very nice and polite and made the visit better.

I was blown away by how amazing the staff treats their patients. The nurses and providers are simply amazing. Truly one of the best urgent cares!

The people in front help me very good, very nice.The doctor was great talk to me.Ask me what was going on. You should tell people where it's at.I went over to where it's supposed to be.The guy told me at the hospital, but he didn't tell me where I had somebody come out of the emergency room to tell me w You apprecihere I needed to go? I realize this is not going to be this way for a long time, but I had things to do. And I had to run 2 places before I ever got to the place I needed to go. Thank you
