I've been to other urgent cares and this one is the best! The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Misty at the front desk was kind and helpful when we came in close to closing time and Jessica was very prompt and still took the time to listen even though they were closing soon. Plus, the office is very clean

From the moment we walked in, Leah was so bright and bubbly. She asked all the right questions, and my kids—who normally do not like doctors—felt completely at ease with her. The provider was incredibly sweet and made sure to answer every question we had. I’ve been to other Hometown Urgent Care locations, and this one is by far the best. We’ll definitely keep coming here whenever our primary doctor doesn’t have an appointment available. You truly don’t have to take your child to a pediatric urgent care unless you prefer to—especially when the nearest one for us is over an hour away. I had to get my mom who was having shortness of breath . She’s a heart patient . The staff didn’t ask me for her name or insurance or etc etc . They just started doing tests and called paramedics so quickly. My mom was brought to Wilson in time and she’s doing so better . Thank you so much to all the staff. Everybody did so great. Mostly they are all were so kind , caring and patient.

I have never been to this Urgent care. The staff were compassionate and caring towards my son. The nurse explained everything she was testing for and what to expect while she did the tests. The doctor was just as caring as well. Thank you for such a good experience considering how sick my son was.

I'd never been to an urgent care facility, but I was miserable. Just fantastic, caring, thoughtful people all the way around. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I mentioned one of my symptoms was how badly my head hurt, and immediately the nurse turned off the lights and later grabbed some water for me. Got answers quickly and medicine called in. Best medical experience in a long time, thank you.
