My temple on my glasses broke,The Eye Guys posted a poster at work at our lunchroom & time clock. I called Sahara, got a 6:PM appt on the same day. I was warmly greeted when I arrived, Sahara was helping another client & then waited on me. Sahara found a discontinued frame for me, 135.00. I was not offered a case but later when I texted Sahara, she said she would send me a case. The whole transaction Sahara was more than professional & kind . I went back to work the next day & told everyone about my excellent experience, Sahara was the catalyst, give her a raise! Thanks Sahara!

I had a great experience at my recent optometrist appointment. Amy at the front desk was very helpful and informative—she took the time to go over my insurance details and clearly explained what was covered before my appointment, which I really appreciated. Dr. David was straightforward, professional, and made the exam quick and comfortable. They also have a great selection of glasses to choose from. Overall, excellent service from start to finish!

Such great service! We love that they are open weekends which is convenient for our schedule. Sahara (reception) has the BEST taste if you need help picking out glasses too. I couldn’t find any I liked, then the first pair she suggested ended up being my favorites.

Thankful I found a second option in Ketchikan. I wish it didn’t take so long for me to receive my prescription glasses, but I’m overall extremely grateful that they make time to come down and help us island folk🫶🏼👁️🤓👓

Sahara is so friendly and knowledgeable every time I’ve gone in or even text with questions or concerns. 5 star customer service for sure AND I’d be her friend she’s just that cool! 😎
