I've been visiting this practice for some years now. I'm a very satisfied with Dr Ingrassia-Squire and her nurse practitioner Denice Kelly Jones. I never asked, but it is obvious that both always review my chart and are prepared when they enter my exam room. The exams are always exercised with patience's and thoroughness. I always get phone calls regarding lab results in an expeditious many. The staff is great, actually very sweet.

Been with this practice for over 20 years. Great staff, friendly and always willing to help. Dr Squires and team takes care of my whole family. We love everything about this office.

Stay far far away from this doctor. Her unprofessionalism personally and that of her staff is the worst. I went in for an infection I had been trying to treat with OTC medication. I let them know what I had been taking and that I was in serious pain. They were supposed to call me once they had confirmed the issue and let me know that the RX had been called in. I never heard from them so I called to see what was going on. I got in touch with them about 25 minutes before they closed for the night. They confirmed that I did have an infection and that someone would call me to talk with me about it and (again) confirm that a prescription had been called in. No one called. Unsure why every single time I try to call it says the office is closed, no matter if it’s during their hours and days of operation. Been calling 2 days now
