Amazing Smiles Dentistry for Children

I highly do NOT recommend Amazing Smiles. This is the second time they’ve wasted my time and failed to properly care for my child. The first time, I told them my daughter had a cavity and a loose tooth, but they only did a cleaning because they “didn’t have time” to do anything else. I had to drive over an hour away to another dentist to get her treated. Fast forward six months — my daughter was in pain from another cavity. I called ahead and confirmed they would handle it. When I arrived, they again said it would only be a cleaning because the hygienist had to leave. This is completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and shows no regard for patients’ health. I canceled both appointments and will never return. If your child needs real dental care, look elsewhere.

As existing patients of Amazing Smiles Dentistry I can confidently say this is the BEST pediatric dental office around! Every visit is consistently smooth, professional, and full of positive energy. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, and always remember that my baby Dani wants to watch Matilda while in the chair lol Dr. Franklin has a natural gift with children. She’s so patient, gentle, and great at easing any fears. My kids actually look forward to their appointments, which says it all! The office is bright, fun, and thoughtfully designed to make little ones feel safe and happy. We’ve been coming here for a few years, and the level of care has always been outstanding. I recommend Amazing Smiles to every parent I know, there’s truly no better place for your child’s dental care.

So good so far! My son and my daughter both come with Doctor Franklin first time, they love her, we so happy with her!

Had an amazing experience today with Dr. Franklin and staff. Today was my 3 yr old son's very first dentist appointment. My son has sensory and develop mental disabilities so naturally he does not always tolerate Dr visits and new people. Dr. Franklin and staff were absolutely amazing with my son. Very friendly, kind, understanding and patient. My son felt so comfortable with them and got through the entire appointment as if he had been there 100 times before. The waiting room and patient room had a tv on for him with his favorite show which helped as well. Perfect experience and we have found our permanent dentist for our son.

Dr. Franklin is the best dentist I have ever taken my children to. She's calming, friendly and she talks the kids through the entire process. I'd recommend her to everyone. Especially anyone with children who are nervous about seeing a dentist. It's helpful that all of her staff are excellent too.
