I have been a patient at Kent Ophthalmology for several years now. This past year I moved from just needing routine exams to needing cataract surgery and the associated care surrounding those surgeries. I am very happy with the care I’ve received, from the “regular and routine” to the more significant interventions and my recent surgeries. I am going to share something that may help the office. I have not even been to this office and I cancelled my appointment due to the receptionist. I had to repeat everything twice on the phone and I was quite clear. Frankly the front desk person sounded like she didn't have it together. As I was writing my appointment down I was trying to confirm the date and she constantly interrupted me saying "date of birth, date of birth, date of birth!" The receptionist is one of the most important people for the business of an office because they give the very first impression and represent the office.
