Incredible service… the entire team from the front desk, the technician, doctors and nurses were so kind, helpful and professional. For the first time in a long time I enjoyed coming to a doctor’s office. Will be making the Kendall South Medical Center my preferred medical facility.

I was very pleased with the attention! I changed from a place that I could never get any one on the phone. After trying for about 12 times I decided to try the center out. After my lab results were ready, he actually called me to review all my results. I’m extremely pleased. Years After this last review !! I’m still very pleased 😀 I have been going to Dr Galindo for the last few years and she is extreme knowledgeable about just about anything and everything! I always have great results, the the meds, or treatments I have done! This week I went with a bronchitis problem ! She was right on the money with my meds! I have never gotten better so fast! ❤️🙏🏻🫶🏻

Best customer service. Sandrita, María Elena , Alejandra , Alejandro are the best. The medical staff from Dr Enrique , Maria Galindo , Natasha Gomez are # 1 when comes to care and assessment. They are always willing to work with you for appmnts

This place is a complete disaster and file false claims with your insurance. I had one PCP visit with this center with a doctor that I didn't even have an appointment with and only saw me for 5 minutes. I was the only one in the waiting room when I arrived and still had to wait for over an hour to bee seen by a random doctor. So much for a wellness exam. He literally did nothing during my visit. Just sat at his computer and asked me some questions and that was the end of the visit. I had a pap smear scheduled for the following week, but ended up cancelling because I no longer wanted to go there. I finally looked at my claims and they charged my insurance over $1000 dollar for services I didn't receive. They charged 5 different office visits for days that I did not go and also charged a pap

Amazing service all the doctors are very helpful and listen to all your problems. Plus they have a variety of doctors for many different from dermatology to psychology. I’ve been with them for now 3 years and it’s been amazing I don’t have to go anywhere else to get seen by a specialist.
