Two stars only because the doctors that attended us were nice. I took my child twice within the span of a week, each time paying the copay. 11/10, I missed two calls, didn’t see any urgency, we have an appointment for the NEXT week, I figured it was a reminder. 11/11 I get a text from them saying it was important and to call them back along with another phone call. I reach out and they’re saying because of so and so with the insurance, I now have a balance and I need to pay. I ask, “are you going to send me a bill?” She tells me they sent me an email- no they didn’t because they didn’t have it on file. They send me an email after I provide it- with the bill (does not include a way to pay) and mention collections??? All in the same call where I JUST found out I have a balance, for service f

I called for a new patient appointment, they responded that they accept my daughter’s insurance but as she is 16 years old they cannot see her as they like to have a long relationship with the patient!!! After I complained about it they called me back to accept her as patient. But who wants to go after that introduction? Definitely not me.

Dra Alina is super! But not her office manager and front personnel. This lady and personnel are rude and charge you the incorrect amounts on the insurance...all they care is money and getting paid...they dont care about my daughter's health. I now desired not to come to kendall Pedriatic anymore...I CANT HANDLE THE RUDENESS OF THIS OFFICE MANAGER!!

Best doctors you could ever take your kids to ,I recommend them 100% . Forever thankful for the medical attention and love they have given to my daughter , and to the best medical assistant angela

So amazing in every aspect! I switched from pediatric associates to this one for my baby and I can’t express how happy I am with how engaged Dr Sandra is. I can notice the difference in care instantly from our previous pediatrician. Great advice from the doctor and thorough explanation of carryover at home for what I went to see her for the first time. Front desk at check in wasn’t so friendly but the doctor’s knowledge and comfort for sure overpasses that small negative. Also, I had arrived at 10:50 am and was out by 11:20 so that’s also amazing. Highly recommend!
