Kelly Yates completely understands how to help calm down severe muscle spasms and pain. She is a phenomenal physical therapist and has helped me greatly with severe hip flexor cramping that was debilitating. I highly recommend her. I’ve been a Massage Therapist (and in the health and fitness industry) for 25 years. I recommend a lot of my clients to her as well!!
