Absolutely no respect for patients time, and no grasp of why it’s unacceptable and unprofessional to leave patients waiting hours after their scheduled appointment time to actually be seen. Everyone has had things that take longer than expected in their life, but for every visit to run between 1.5 and 2.5 hours behind schedule is ludicrous.

Had an eye surgery Couple years back now, and I’m Still having Severe issues due to surgery. also I wasn’t very numb On the first eye, It hurt so bad during surgery. Whatever they prescribed me for the dryness they say it takes 6 month to take effect and still didn’t help. I’m left with dry and sensitive eyes. They shouldn’t done the surgery knowing my eyes were dry originally but they said I should be ok and made me sign tons of papers to protect them but not me.

I visited here recently and they DID NOT WIPE DOWN THE CHAIRS when guests got up. VERY DANGEROUS during coronavirus! I highly recommend BRINGING YOUR OWN WIPES and WIPING DOWN the chairs before you sit down.

Dr. Pirau is so knowledgeable and understanding, and the staff were so incredibly nice and funny!! So glad I went here!!!

Dr. Denise John and her staff gave really good care to my 89 year old mother with glaucoma, besides their professional manner and knowledge they are Patience and kind.
