Kellie's Orthodontic Lab

We have tried to use Kellie's lab multiple times but always seem to have issues with this lab returning our orders by the desired date. We ask for our appliances back 3 weeks after impression date. She said she really only needs 3 days but we give way more time and still do not get them back on time. This last time we sent 2 impressions for night guards. We sent them off the beginning of November 2022 and still have not received them back and it is January 2023. We have been calling for weeks leaving multiple voicemails on both phone numbers which have gone unanswered. This lab has a huge lack of communication. They have given excuses in the past which we have been very understanding about but this time it has gone to long with no contact or explanation or returned patient appliances or im
