Literally just got off the phone with them because I requested and received my prescriptions for contacts and glasses. When I went to order some glasses online, I needed my PD which is the measurement between the pupils for me to purchase glasses and they told me I could not get it unless I purchase glasses from them. So it's basically a figure it out on your own. But that's okay because there are other places that I can go that I can get that and I think that's really shady. I have had some good assistance there and some real crappy ones with attitude. Some of them that answer the phone seems to have an attitude problem, but it seems like it's one in particular really and I don't know who she is. I have a family member that goes there and they love it so I guess it's a case by case basis.

Very pleasant experience! They got me in and out quickly. No hassle, and no unnecessary waiting, like some offices. Thorough eye exam and picked my frames in under an hour. Glad I chose this practice for my eye care needs!

I appreciate Dr. Keller and his staff. I've been with them over 5yrs. Dr. Keller is very patient and loves his job making sure to cover everything.

My first & second visit with Dr Keller were normal, nothing odd. Apparently, I misunderstood instructions on the wearing & removing of a longterm contact. Upon his technician telling him that I didnt follow instructions, Dr Keller came abruptly into the room and decided to harshly talk down to me like I was a child that had literally wrecked his new truck. He was very loud, aggressive & condescending. When I as a 55 yr old woman remarked on the manner in which he was aggressively scolding me, he said he was an Optometrist and basically felt he had the right to treat me this way for not following instructions. He then said "SIT BACK"! I was in the chair for him to check my vision. I dont know if this man returned from his lunch break drunk,high on drugs or just had a fight with his wife. Bu

I see some reviews on here for Dr. Keller that are not so flattering. I have an eye problem a chalazion. I had visited people to try to have it fixed and was prescribed medications just to not have anything get better! I made an appointment with his office and he and his staff were more than courteous. He gave me free eye drops and put me on a new antibiotic. Within less than a week my eye is improving. I've been walking around for a long time with sunglasses on self conscious of the way my eye looks and now I know I'm on the right path to getting better. I had some concerns as I was on my recovery and they even made options for me to be seen the same day. I'm so grateful I can't recommend Dr Keller enough THANK YOU
