Doctor Keilman is very professional, kind, empathetic and highly skilled. I've got severe anxiety and always had great experiences in the chair, there. I appreciate that he & his staff are easy to talk to, they thoroughly explain various procedures so I'm clear on costs & expected results and can make decisions on which treatment is best for me. He handles my irrational phobias like a champ & always reassures me & communicates during procedures so I stay calm. If you're a lifetime Gorge local like I am, maybe you were lucky enough to receive care from his dad, Dr Leo, back in the day. It's really all around comforting & nostalgic to visit that office, so five stars for this pain free dentistry!

Disregard the less than positive reviews. Dr. Keilman is THE BEST dentist I have ever had! He is compassionate and knows what he's doing. He likes to give as much information as possible so I have all the options available to me. His staff are great and keep the best atmosphere. They love what they do and it shows. Thank you for doing all you do! Espcially to make anxious dental folks like myself feel comfortable.

My husband and I are very happy with Dr. Keilman and his staff. We have experienced appointments with Dr. Keilman and his hygienists and have been well taken care of by all involved. They are gentle, explain everything, and endlessly helpful. Dr Keilman suggests the best choice in cavity and crown material regardless of the payout to his office. I had some sensitivity following a filling procedure with some cavities and was seen the same day I called, and the visit was complimentary. Wonderful!

Went in to have a wisdom tooth looked at that was broken because the tooth was causing significant pain. They proceeded to tell me they had to get X rays and a full evaluation of each tooth in my mouth and charged me several hundred for it. I knew I would need an X-ray of the tooth, but did not expect them to evaluate the whole mouth. They then said I need all my wisdom teeth out and refused to do just the one tooth that was painful because “you don’t want to have to eat mashed potatoes and soup twice”. I also had two molars removed in the past and they told me I need implants and referred me out to their partnered orthodontist. Meanwhile my tooth is still infected and causing pain. The tooth should have been an easy extraction. I was also told I have several cavities that needed fillings.

All of the basics about running a dentist office is here; the staff is friendly and professional, facilities are clean and good, etc., but I have two key issues with this business. 1. The dentist told me I had a cavity and suggested amalgam filling. I do not prefer amalgam and wanted an alternative treatment. His billing staff did not correctly request a pre-authorization with my insurance company to cover the alternative treatment and I was stuck with choosing the amalgam. Luckily, I went to another dentist office who informed me that I DON'T have a cavity. 2. The billing staff didn't provide a written explanation of why my night guard is necessary (because I grind at night) so my insurance won't cover it until the evidence is provided.
