I have had many different acupuncturists give me treatments before but I have never had such a remarkable treatment as I did at Cascade Accupuncture in the Dalles with Kara. I immediately felt movement within my body which, when I awakened, had a significant effect on me. My energy shifted, I felt terrific. I am not the type of person who gets depressed but that day I was aware I was starting to get down. After my treatment I felt like a "million bucks". I highly recommend Kara for her expertise and understanding of what works on bringing change to the body. I would also like to recommend Cynthia, the "front woman", the one who schedules you, checks your insurance and gathers all the info on you, the one who makes your visit with Kara go smoothly so you get the most time with Kara. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the staff at Cascade Accupuncture in The Dalles. I have been receiving both accupuncture and massage over the last couple of months and I am feeling great! The staff are addressing my specific issues and the results have been wonderful. I was skeptical that accupuncture could actually relieve arthritis pain and I am delighted with my results. I can't say I'm 100% pain free but I am 100% more functional without taking meds or injections. Massages are always nice, but the massage sessions with Katy have been exceptional, focused to my needs, and so good for the body and the soul. It's only too bad they can't go on forever. I truly cannot even express how grateful I am for the treatment I got at Cascade Acupuncture. I have been in excruciating pain for a couple years and after my very first treatment I felt like a new person! Not only was the issue I sought treatment for improved about 2,000% but really my whole body felt incredibly better! I cannot recommend their services enough!

This place has been such a blessing in my life. Danni, the front desk girl is beyond sweet and makes scheudling a breeze. I want to also thank Dr. Bradley for his kindness, understanding and knowledge. He is beyond professional and has helped both my daughters and myself. Not only has my anxiety subdue, but my back and neck pain has been much more at bay! He specializes in Chinese Herbs and personalized a concoction for each of my daughters individual needs (to which I've seen a big improvement too!) I honestly look forward to each of my visits and know that mainly my back and anxiety are healing. Thank you Cascade acupuncture and a big thank you to Dr. Bradley!

I had a terrible experience with this place. The acupuncturist was pushy about me going so frequently and not understanding I was paying out of pocket for all of the visits. I didn’t have a good experience so I asked for refund for the package I purchased. It took them over 2 1/2 months to give me a simple return with me calling multiple times (no return phone calls to my messages) The communication is horrible. The front desk people need better training. I had to go there in person and ask for my money after so long then I finally got a refund. In my opinion all in all they don’t care about your financial situation if your insurance doesn’t pay for it and they have horrible communication.
