I cannot recommend this dentist. I had a cavity filled where he advised me that it could get worse and he assured me that I could call “anytime, day or night” and they would take care of it. It did go bad about a week later on Wednesday night. This was the week he doesn’t work the last half of the week so the message was he would be in a week later. Then I called the dental emergency numbers and then I texted both numbers….as directed on the message. No response from multiple texts each day through the rest of the week. They said they check the numbers regularly and clearly they do not. I finally got a text the following Monday after four days of no response….asking if I could go in on Wednesday to get help. A text! Thursday I had the first step in my dental implant.Have you ever had a completely painless tooth extraction and post procedure also pain free? Well,I just did! I felt like I was in a spa.Warm towel around my neck,a cozy blanket,my choice of music.The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful,from the receptionist to the dentist,Dr. Feller.His assistant sat with me and took the time to chat while the local anesthetic took.They made me feel like I was the only patient there, though I knew that wasn't the case.Goodby to assembly line dental care,I'm staying with Pine Ridge Dental,The Dalles, Oregon!

Don’t put your dental health off any longer! Front end staff is extremely friendly. Communication is very appreciated. I haven’t been to the dentist in years. After a coworker of mine told me about his experience with River Dental, I wanted to give it a try. Took some time to finally set up time to go in. I wish I would have done this years ago. The Dentist introduced himself by his first name. That alone was comforting. HE ASKED QUESTIONS about what I was hoping to accomplish and was understanding about my situation. He asked me where I would like to start. I had a cavity in one of my front teeth that made me uncomfortable. He was able to fill it and the procedure was FAST. I was extremely comfortable during my visit and treatment. I look forward to getting more work done in the near fut

Having gone roughly 6-7years without seeing a dentist. I was terrified, I had a lump growing on my bottom jaw beneath my bottom front teeth, and I decided it was finally time to see the dentist. I looked through reviews and found this place out. Oh man did I pick right, Dr. Reid Ketcher is a phenomenal dentist. He made me feel super comfortable on day one. The staff here at River Dental are amazing as well, all are very sweet and supportive. Now I’m on my journey of getting all my teeth fixed, cavities filled, and working on the lump, all of which Dr. Reid Ketcher and his staff have helped me navigate. Dr. Ketcher is a very pleasant dentist. My review isn't about him or the staff personally. Only a review on the service I had there. I went in for a cleaning and was told I had my first ever cavities (2) and they needed to be filled. I wasn't experiencing any pain or anything, but decided to accept that they needed to be filled. I accepted and went with the process of getting them filled. I experienced the worst ever pain for weeks after the process and was told to come back in to see what happened. I was told the cavities had 'bubbles' in the filling so they would re-do the one with the bubbles and that would take care of the pain. It didn't I was still in so much pain, couldn't eat on that side of my mouth, brush the teeth or even floss there. I went back in and was told they needed
