Came in and asked if they had a certain type of medication. The cashier saw me read the name of it from my phone, which I was barely pronouncing it. She gave me the medication and said the price. I was mind blown and she said because it’s an antibiotic. I got it and was in shock. When I came back literally 3 minutes later to return it, she said we do not accept returns. I’ve asked her why didn’t she tell me that when I was purchasing? It literally was 3 minutes later and she said my bad. Top of notch rip off!

The staff is relatively friendly, but the service is very slow. I came early on purpose, but the pharmacist took a long time to assist customers.

I ordered my medicine ahead of time as I usually. When my order was taken, I was treated disrespectfully. I gave my information; date of birth, my name, and the doctor’s prescription that was sent 2 days ago. I stopped by to pick up 2 hours later, then I was waiting for my turn for 10 minutes… when a gentleman came and she spoke in a different language to him, skips me, tells me to wait to take care of him even though I was next in line …She then picked up the phone and purposely made me wait another 5 minutes more laughing. It was loud and clear that she disliked Hispanics. I felt discriminated. When she hung up the phone, she condescendingly asked me “Are you here for a pick up?” She knew I was In line. She is sick. Absolutely the best pharmacy and RX pharmacy! Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and provide excellent services. Besides RX, you can find herbs and medications from Europe/Asia and all over the world, as well as best beauty products and much more. My prescriptions are always ready on time, unlike Walgreen's which can take 2 weeks to fill prescriptions and only says tomorrow, tomorrow they again say tomorrow... and later just cancel your scrips. Each time I get a call from a real person letting me know that my prescriptions are ready and ask if I have any questions or concerns. They have a large variety of medications and herbal remedies from a newborn to a toddler to a child to an adult.

The sales staff clearly lack basic communication skills and behave in a very rude and unprofessional manner. It’s shocking how poorly they treat customers. Management should seriously address this issue — such behavior is unacceptable.
