Just want to write that I initially came into this location a year ago to honor an employers wishes; when getting a physical. I was in & out with happiness. Today 1/21/2026 I went in hoping to have a physical & get the physician recommendation as to if I should return back to work. I need to furnish a doctors note since I got injured on the job. The reception right away tried re directing me to going to an urgent care I went to 20 miles from my house. I was able to tell her that that was inconvenient & unacceptable. She did call up a doctor which she then asked if it was okay if he seen me for a physical. And make a sound recommendation as to his observations if I should or should not return back to work. It was a busy day at this location and staff were very upfront about wait times and communicative throughout the process so patients weren’t worried they were forgotten. Lucia worked the front desk like a well oiled machine and I actually got out way sooner than predicted. Everyone was polite and pleasant.
