Keansburg Pharmacy/Market

I’m so thankful for all of the pharmacy and delivery staff!!! The pharmacy staff always has excellent communication between my doctors offices and myself! I also love that the Pharmacy offers compliance packaging just like my old mail order pharmacies! Thank you so much for all that you do. I highly appreciate each of you and the work that you do.

Long ago, my insurance company encouraged us to switch to mail-order delivery of prescriptions. I refuse to do it because I want to continue my support of this caring and community-minded pharmacist. Howard is a true professional and a kind human being. He makes an effort to know his customers and goes out of his way when they need his help. This isn't my closest pharmacy but it's worth the drive.

I have four accounts with these guys my wife, me and my Both sons Most of the people are very nice but one woman she don’t like me look like every time I go she gave me a hard time always looking for the money. This is not covered. Go take the counter medicine and she refused to give me blood pressure machine and then I told her I go to the next pharmacy they give me, so she say you move your account that’s Pharmacy feeling so bad I feel like she Hate me

I've put up with their poor customer service for more than ten years and today was the last straw! I stood at the service desk for 10 minutes waiting for an employee to come and no one ever came I eventually just left the store and just for this I'm switching all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy! I wish the employees whom recently retired, would return... they made the store much more pleasant! Update: although I have transferred to a new pharmacy, I had to come in the store to purchase items. And I must say that the employees that helped me were very friendly and helpful! And dealing with other pharmacies in the area; I've also realized that Keansburg Pharmacy definitely was much better with my needs as far as handling prescriptions and my refills!

This pharmacy has been a great help even when they couldn't provide for my son's medical needs. They worked with me and helped me so much! It is also beautifully decorated when you enter and have great gifts for those moments you need that little extra special gift. The staff making copies and fax are great! The lady there has a beautiful heart and happy spirit. I love this place!
