I am very disappointed in the behavior of a worker in this store. This poor guy needed to get his medicine and was inquiring about transferring his rx's over to this store. The lady told him that they would only fill his med since it was a controlled ,and they had a limit of how many rxs they could fill. She went on to say that if he transfered all his rxs she would fill this med for him on a regular basus. Tge guy pleaded and said please i need this ned to stay alive .I was shocked at how she was bribing him to negotiate the business. The man was shocked . It was his breathing med. The man just stood this in s disbelief at the way she treated him. It is a shame that this lady is so rude! Pople who are in dire need and volunerable to say the least should not ever have to be treated

Great service excellent help wit pricing

I changed to Drugsmart from Keansburg pharmacy and was excellent service. Then Karen was moved or left or something the head pharmacist and the whole place went in to the gutter . Service is absolutely horrendous. I have to wait days for my scripts to be delivered and ordered from their supplier. How does a pharmacy not have basic meds on hand?

DrugSmart Pharmacy, is by far the BEST Pharmacy I have ever been to. I been going for years & haven't ever had a problem, issue or had any of the Staff treat me unkind. They are very professional, Friendly & knowledgable! Especially the Pharmacist, The Pharmacists are very helpful & understanding & very kind! Sweata is the BEST & She is very nice & knows what shes talking about. Sweata is the BEST ONE! This Pharmacy is the BEST and I won't leave this Pharmacy ever!!!
