Dentist Keansburg Family Dental

So I haven't been to the dentist in over nine years.That's the truth.I'm ashamed to say that but life comes into play.I was very nervous to go to any.Dentist never mind keansburg family dental. I rescheduled one time because I was not able to make it.So I finally bit the bullet l o l and went to the dentist here in keensburg, new jersey where I live.And let me tell you something.I'm so glad I. Number one, it was clean, environment.Number two, easy access number three, there was even parking a small little parking lot in. Number four, the staff was extremely caring personable, kind and beautiful.They were very accommodating, and I must say that I was very surprised how nice the staff was. This practice is very unorganized. The first time I come in for my appointment and they don't even give me a cleaning they just do x rays and tell me to come back for the cleaning? So I scheduled to come back my appointment was canceled 2 or 3 times. Recently I was having an issue with my gum where it got infected, they couldn't get me in and proceeded to tell me they don't have a dental hygienist? Ive never heard of any of this. This gum problem could have been avoided had my teeth been cared for. What annoys me is some of us have to take off work for appointments so it's inconvenient to continuously reschedule patients. I've been there several times over the past few years, only because it was a convenient location for me--I should've driven longer. Iover the course of time I changed jobs, so I used 2 different dental plans. After my procedures were done I was told I owed a balance of $0. The 1st time a few months later after the last visit--the 1st dental plan--I received a bill stating I owed $200. I called them immediately and I explained that i was told i had a $0 balance. The woman said don't worry about it that she'd 0 it out--which she did. The 2nd occasion i had to go--different dental insurance plan--I had a tooth that needed a root canal, which means the nerve is taken out and the tooth is capped with a crown.
