The doctor was great. He took his time making sure we understood what needed to be done and why. Prices were fair. Everyone in the office was very friendly. My only disappointment was our appointment was at 930 and it was 11:15 before we were seen. This might of being it was a Saturday morning. This is not our regular vet we had brought our dog for surgery about three years ago. They where highly recommended then I would highly recommend for anyone needing ACL surgery for their dog

Thank you to the wonderful staff for listening to my concerns about my sweet baby and assisting me with coming up with a plan for his benefit! Everyone was so friendly and the office was so clean and well managed. My baby loved Tiffany and she was so kind and sweet to him. Dr Leathers had wonderful knowledge and made sure I was informed on my options. He left me feeling comfortable about what to do next for my sweet boy. I would recommend this vet to anyone local to the douglasville area.

My baby Lucy is 15 yrs old. Yesterday she had an emergency visit due to bleeding. The whole staff is amazingly nice and sweet! Everything was explained perfectly so we knew exactly what was going on and the care we needed. They were so gentle with my baby. And they were affordable as well!

This was our first time at this veterinary clinic and I left very satisfied. The staff is kind, patient, and truly cares about both pets and their owners. Dr Wright and tech Tanya took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all my questions, and make sure my pet was comfortable and calm. The level of compassion and professionalism here is unmatched. I feel confident knowing my pet is in such good hands. Highly recommend!

Kay Animal Hospital has been absolutely wonderful for my dog. She receives all of her care there, and every visit has been a great experience. The technicians are always so patient, gentle, and caring with her. The veterinarians are knowledgeable, compassionate and take the time to answer questions and explain everything thoroughly. They have also been incredibly helpful with providing the health certificates my pet needs for travel to other countries, which has made the process so much easier and less stressful. It’s reassuring to know everything is handled carefully and correctly in one place.
