I am a first time mom and had to call the after hours number for the on-call pediatric provider. I spoke with Dr. Fields and she was not helpful, rude, and dismissed any concerns I had about my child.

Really, really bad experience, they need to train staff at front desk to give the correct information! Now after choosing the PCP for my three year old and physically going to the office to find out if they are taking new patients I asked about Dr. Katherine Fields and they told me yes, I filled out transfer papers and everything since I was pregnant and couldn't bother to keep traveling g to Marietta to see his previous Doctor, because when a person is pregnant, you can never tell how you will feel on any day. Now after doing all the necessaries with Medicaid, they told me that Dr. Katherine Fields is not accepting patients in that age group! This really, really got me maddddd!
