I’ve been following Karolina as well as other permanent MUA’s for five years now before I decided to do my brows. I can say now it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Immediately after stepping in I was greeted with a very welcoming and warm environment. Karolina took her time to explain the process and understand exactly what I was going for. I am impressed with the results and I would definitely recommend her to everyone!

My eyebrows were a mess. I, literally, had half-brows and they were uneven. I went to Karolina Bula and I couldn't be happier. She is simply the BEST! She is careful and meticulous. She pencils in the eyebrows first and then you discuss what you like and don't like. Her expertise helps guide the process. She takes whatever time is necessary to make sure you have a positive experience and are happy with the results. I am so happy when I look in the mirror and see eyebrows!

Karolina is a truly an artist. She took the time to map out my brows and explain what method would look and work best for me. A true perfection, she will not finish until she is 100% happy with her work. Karolina is so cheerful and easy to talk to, that you almost forget she’s tattooing your face. She is wonderful with communication. As you heal, she is consistently checking in with you to make sure you’re happy with the results and encourages you to text her if you have any questions along the way. If you’re looking for a truly tailored experience, you must go to Karolina. I moved out of NY but will come back to see Karolina when it’s time for touch ups. I will never trust my brows with anyone else.
