I have had many massages and Karen's feels the most medical in her approach. She gets to areas that have never been focused on in a massage before and thus to the root of the issue! I get horrible muscular headaches and they greatly improved while I was getting massages from Karen. I would 💯 Recommend and go back!

Karen is exceptional! I had been having tremendous pain from muscle spasms for several months. On my first visit to see Karen she immediately found the location of the problem area and has brought me the first relief I have had in months. Now, after a few treatments my back pain is pretty much gone. So, if you are in need of therapeutic massage, I can think of nobody better to help you. I can see now why my physician recommended her to me.

I have been seeing Karen regularly for clinical massage appointments which has relived my tension and allows me to receive deep nights rest. Karen is able to perform intense tissue work if you need or request it. Karen is extremely in tune with her clients energy, able to apply or release pressure without having me communicating. She has vast knowledge of the body, muscles, etc. My primary doctor praises her for her skill, knowledge and professionalism to communicate what ales me. Recently Karen was able to release years of tighten knotted tissue in my jaw and temples as a result of TMJ. Thank you Karen!

Very friendly staff along with a nice lounge threat offers great relaxation. Both massage therapist I have seen were very professional and gave great massages. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spa day in East Lansing.
