So, my husband has been suffering from a bad toothache. He told me not to call Dr. Kramer, but I didn't listen. I hate seeing anyone suffer, especially my sweet husband. So, I called Dr. Kramer and explained the situation. She said, "Why did he wait to call me when I am on vacation?" Seriously?! Why would you say that to a patient who is hurting badly? So, we are looking for a new dentist who won't say why would you wait until I am on vacation. Granted she called in an antibiotic for him, but I am done with rude people!!!!!!

Clean office and a welcoming environment. Obviously a consummate professional who has stayed on top of her craft. Patient-centered, direct, and gentle. Takes her time and very thorough. Hygienist is great. Assistant and coordinator are friendly and helpful. I can tell she cares but the patient/doctor relationship goes both ways — keep her informed and she’ll provide world-class dentistry. Flexible scheduling and maybe don’t wait for her to go on vacation to tell her you’re in pain! 🤷‍♂️
