Kare Pharmacy

He is nice, the wife not so much. I was getting my scripts in the mail, all of a sudden they are not coming. I called to ask why, could hear the wife going off in the background, saying they don't deliver where I live, but they did deliver to me for over a year. They r confused.

I refuse to take my money to a place were people are rude. The Lady with the heavy accent is always short and rude for no reason. I understand that in some cultures they speak to people different and it is accepted. This is a small community town and this is not how you run a business. With out customers dollars you are nothing but another company going out of business. I have informed my family as well as my YouTube visitors and anyone who is not treated well when visiting or dealing with this company to choose another drug store. We have a choice where we spend the money we work hard for.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a pharmacy! I was notified by text I needed to call about my order and I did. The lady with a heavy accent was so abrasive and told me I needed to pay "right now" so they wouldn't have to throw my order in the trash (I had no problem prepaying). Then she would try to overtalk me each time I started to ask a question or get further clarity on pickup. When I was trying to understand ml vs ounces comparing best value, she was extremely short and said "hold". Then would allow me to hold long enough to trigger the ring back to her line, only to say "he busy, hold" and put me right back on hold. I can not say enough good things about Kare Pharmacy! My family has been using them for years. The pharmacist and staff are always helpful and nice, answering any questions you may have. They treat you as if you are family, not just another customer. Building a relationship with you and caring about your health! I highly recommend using them for all your pharmacy needs!!

Rude owners!!! Have been nothing but nice to these people and was told WE DO NOT WANT YOU HERE ANYMORE, which I'm sure is because I don't have the insurance they take and I cannot force any changes to what they accept until open enrollment! I also was told I called too much when I called twice in one day trying to make sure everything was ready for pickup before I drove 45min down there! No need for y'all to comment back to my review to try and make yourselves look good with a fake justification!
