Ok, sorry for the late response. My experience for the first time l visited was a warm and enjoyable experience. Everyone was professional and appear to know their Job . I was very comfortable talking with all the team Members and the experience was one of my greatest experiences as a new patient .

Ultra friendly. Ultra professional. They ask about your interest and concerns. Praise God "diamonds" remain in this rough world of chaos.

I would not recommend Dr. Kauro Pridgen or the Three Rivers Office because of Tiffany, who was rude to my elderly grandpmother!" Instead of making reasonable accommodations for my disablied Grandmother, Tiffany canceled her appointedment because she cannot ride all the way from the Northeast side to irmo then back without health having issues. This was explained months ago, but her appointment was changed without us knowing again, which required that we call them back, leave a message, and then wait for over 3 days for a return call. Tiffany called back rude, argumentative, and discriminatory. Her behavior violated my Grandmother's Americans with Disabilities Act rights, and this will be reported. Tiffany does not need to work with the public at all. Her denial of a reasonable accommod

Dr. Pridgen is a very good doctor who cares about her patients. I never feel rushed and she takes out the time to listen to you. She is also very thorough. Dr. Pridgen will always be my primary physician.

Great first visit. Took time with me and addressed my concerns.
