Everyone, that I saw and interacted with, was polite and appeared competent. Dr. Nagpal was friendly and courteous and impressed me as being competent, knowledgeable, and very focused on knowing my medical situation. I look forward to future interacting with Dr. Nagpal and his staff.
I did not like that he kept looking at my chest. Felt uncomfortable, had to wait 40 mins after my appointment before seeing him, Was not greeting with a happy words by any stretch of the imagination. Did not feel comfortable at this place
Dr. Is digging deeper into my incontinence by referring to other testing procedures. Problem with doctor is he talks to fast and has a strong accent. Otherwise he is cool. Receptionist pretty busy but nice.
I would love to have some things explained to me a bit more fully. Dr. Nagpal is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks !
