Every experience at Precision is outstanding. The staff is very professional, welcoming and I am always at ease. Dr Caroll-Chen is the best. She is patient, takes her time, very thorough and explains everything fully. Her reputation brought me to this practice, as I am high risk with past skin cancer issues. She is beyond excellent in her knowledge and skill. I feel very lucky to be a patient.

First time visit. Besides being incredibily close to my home, the personal recommendations were all validated. Office was very nice and clean. Front desk ladies amazing. Dr. Salmon and PA very informative and made me feel like my concerns were their concerns. Follow up appointments made with high confidence in the team.

Dr. Carroll-Chen and her whole staff is awesome. Everyone is very nice from the front office, MA, and nurses. Dr Carroll-Chen took the time to explain my report to me and give me information. It was a great experience I highly recommend this office.

They first time I saw them, they actually performed the procedure I needed done. None of that ok I see it come back another time. Dr. Was so nice. She apologized for hurting me when she gave a shot near my eye. Very gentle and worked quickly

I was happy with how quickly I was able to get an appointment. As others have reviewed, everyone was so nice. The physician assistant was very confident and listened to my concerns and opinions. I felt I was taken well care of for this issue. I'm looking forward to having some other things addressed in the future.
