My last experience here was terrible. I told the doctor I had high dental anxiety and she just said - well try not to think about it. There was no empathy or compassion at all. She never explained anything to me - actually barely spoke to me at all, only the assistant. She put on a cap after drilling the tooth down to basically nothing and saying I might need a root canal now. The cap did not fit properly and it took 2 hours to get the permanent cap on. It still is not filed down properly but I had had enough at the time. The tooth still bothers me and never did before. She also told me I had another tooth with a cavity that needed drilled but I was not going to let her touch me after the first experience. Very thankful I was able to get a same day appointment to get a crown recemented. The staff were very helpful and provided good customer service. Dr. Bingham explained thoroughly the procedure and possible outcome. He was gentle and provided excellent care. His dental assistant Genesis was great as well. Thank you for meeting my dental care needs!

Everyone in office was very friendly, quality of service was excellent. Did not try to up sell. I felt like I got a good honest treatment. The office seems like a happy place where people enjoy working, making your experience more enjoyable.

Stay away - while my dental insurance covers free cleaning at least once a year, I was refused a cleaning if I did not pay for extra services. It felt like I was only being seen as someone who could increase their revenue if they charged me for additional services. So they told me I could not get my teeth cleaned - Do not recommend.

It was so nice to work with friendly people at Allied! It started with the receptionist and continued with x-ray, hygenist and the dentist! It was a very pleasant experience!!
