I looked up Urgent Care centers in my area and this location popped up. My youngest was complaining about possibly having tonsillitis and I may have broken my hand. We come in and notice there’s no one in the lobby. Great! I think as we stood at the desk waiting to be acknowledged. We were told to take a seat and someone will take our insurance information. Ok cool! Wait just a minute though. The person who comes out to assist us basically berates us for not making an appointment first. Who would think to make an appointment when they’re in pain? She goes on to say that for future reference, we’ll need to call advising before coming back. That’s cool and all, but dear heart we won’t be coming back out here at least. Such rudeness will not be tolerated by me. She walks off shaking her head.

The service is very good and professional.Very organized. I can check the results on the app and they inform you about the time when you need to be check.
