Went in for frozen shoulder as I had returned to work after a year of being sedentary due to a work injury. 1. Lost 4 days pay due to this practice failing to send basic and simple paperwork requested by my company's insurance. 2. Never informed me, my personal information is farmed out instead of being maintained in-house. 3. Just received a bill padded with codes for services I did not receive. 4 Add insult to injury, the bill states I owe $10. Their system crashed day of. I contacted today, their system was inoperable. I contacted ADVOCARE and their system was down. Do I believe they added service codes to steal from insurance? Went to this doctor when I was pregnant 4 years ago, I thought finally a nice legit doctor. Nope I haven't been back to see Dr. Yan because she keeps billing me $125 each year ever since. What kind of scam is this, my insurance paid you in 2023. So why you keep charging me each year just to get money disgusting.🚫🚫❌

Women- don’t bother. I went in for assistance with complicated menstrual issues and history after my OBG didn’t have solutions. Dr. Yan’s solution was to offer anti anxiety medication. Then I asked her opinion on oophorectomy (removing ovaries), or a partial hysterectomy bc I’m in my mid 30s, and I explained kids are not an option for me. I received an unequivocal “no, BECAUSE YOU MIGHT CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT NOT WANTING KIDS, but do you want a flu shot?” Another fail for the American medical industry. Plus side, the staff is friendly and polite.

After calling her office several times and sending emails since April 11th to get refills and even after a virtual visit on April 24th, I never received the meds. She left me to deal cold turkey off a very important and needed medication that I'd been taking for years. This has affected my health in a major way. Her and her staff are very uncaring and unprofessional. They don't return phone calls when stated they would. I was a patient of hers for over a year and she acted clueless of the meds I was on and the milligrams. Why all of a sudden this left me dumb founded. She cleared me for surgery last September. She changed one medication from 150mg to 300 and never bothered refilling the two main ones I needed. I've never had a physician or their office staff be so rude, uncaring, and unpro
