Staff friendly and polite. Dr. Cohen was very pleasant and reviewed my issue and explained in a clear way and suggested how I can care for it. The only thing that surprised me was the small service fee that was added to my credit card charge. Have never seen that before at any doctor's office.

I have been going to Laser Eye for over 15 years they did my lasik and my daughters. I called them today because I had pain in my left eye and had redness. The receptionist immediately gave me a walk-in appointment and I was seeing the doctor within an hour of calling them. This is CustomerCare at its finest. Dr. Jyothis Abraham-Cohen Was thorough and put my mind at ease.

My Lasix surgery was fantastic and they are thourough in their follow up exams. The appointments are on time and Dr. Abraham-cohen is very personable and pleasant to talk to.

Will never go back. I had to wait for 45 min. They didn’t see me until I told them I am on my lunch break and had to get back to work. I then had to wait for the drops to dilate my eye so 1 hr visit turned to almost 2 hrs. The visit with the actual dtr lasted like 5 min. This office needs to manage patient wait time more efficiently.

I was the first person in the office, so I couldn't help to notice the newly renovated spaces. All the spaces have been upgraded. The wait time is responsible within 5 minutes. I was pleased with my Visual Field Exam.
